I feel like I've been counting down the days till Spring time.
Warm days.
Long evenings.
Flowers and green grass.
Beautiful sunsets.
I've loved all of my indoor sessions this past winter-capturing maternity and newborn sessions. The season of Motherhood.
It's a beautiful lead into this wonderful season of new life blossoming all around us.
Another thing I love about this season is capturing beautiful portraits of my children.
It's the perfect time for little sessions with our kiddos.
To throw on the sundress or go khakis and barefoot.
It's a great time to let the kids be kids. To let them dig their feet in the dirt, wade in the stream, lay in the clovers, twirl in the sunset.
To just let the kids be kids.
Every year they change so incredibly much.
Their feet are growing bigger.
The pants we just bought a few weeks ago are inching higher and higher.
The baby chub in their cheeks is giving way to their more grown-up faces.
So what better time to update those childhood portraits than now!
I've been more intentional this Spring with documenting my own kiddos.
I'd love the chance to capture the unique beauty and personality that your children possess.
Here's some of my favorites from the last few weeks!
