Motherhood in the Teenage Days

When this beautiful mama reached out to me, she was a little  apprehensive  about participating in my Motherhood mini sessions. She knew that the majority of my clients are mamas with babies and little-littles. She decided to trust me and take a chance on these mommy sessions with her big kids. 

I'm so incredibly grateful that she did. 

Sessions with teenagers can be daunting and a bit intimidating. Some of the natural interactions and connections that occur with babies doesn't always translate perfectly with teenagers. 

However, there is a constant. 

Love.

Love isn't restricted to an age of child. 

Because no matter how cool, or how angsty, or how independent your children become as they get older, they still desire to love and to be loved by you. 

Don't hold out on pictures because you think you've missed your window. Even more of a reason to have urgency about documenting these days with your kiddos, because we all know babies don't keep and before we know it those babies are moving out to start their own stories.
